During Harvard Law School’s bicentennial summit, political philosopher Michael Sandel, Anne T. and Robert M. Bass Professor Government Theory, Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University, discussed the controversial uses of markets in areas such as health, education, environmental protection, politics, and law. Richard H. Fallon Jr., Story Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, served as faculty host.
