In this video tutorial we will learn about how average power is used to control speed of DC motor.
Average power is generated using PWM signal. We will study here how PWM signal is related with the generation of average power.
For DC motor interfacing with 8051 microcontroller we need motor driver. In this video tutorial we will learn why motor driver circuit is required to interface DC motor with 8051 Microcontroller and how L293D driver circuit is used for interfacing with Microcontroller.
For speed control of DC motor we need to generate PWM signal from Microcontroller. Here we will learn Step by step detailed programming to generate PWM signal which will ultimately control the speed of DC motor.
