This talk is part of the Play.Caoch.Grow lecture series, which took place in the summer of 2023. Play.Coach.Grow is an Erasmus+ funded project that was applied for and implemented by the Irish and German Flying Disc Federation (IFDF and DFV).

The aim of the project was to grow the European Ultimate community and especially female matching players, coaches and captains.

Ten outstanding coaches took part in the lecture series to talk about a specific topic and explain how to introduce it at a basic level.
