Description: Foodborne illness results in millions of illnesses costing billions of dollars every year. Consumers generally do not know what has caused illnesses they suffer from, but there is a vibrant literature exploring this question. In this webinar, Dr. Robert Scharff presented and discussed recent attribution estimates that match specific food categories with illnesses and pathogens.
