Central Oregon Survival Network is an up and coming network of like-minded people interested in all aspects of survival and becoming self-reliant by sharing knowledge and information. The reason we are creating this network of people, is to not only educate the general public on preparedness in case of local or national emergencies, but also to help people survive adverse conditions they may find themselves in through survival training exercises and becoming self-reliant.
We are about preparedness and survival for real life situations, not the world coming to a short end due to a comet strike or Zombie apocalypse. While outlandish end of the world scenario's are sometimes fun to speculate, we focus on real world threats that could save life's. There are also many websites and Facebook preparedness pages that use fear mongering tactics to line there pockets. We only state the facts and the reality of real world situations.
