If you ask us about our idea of musical perfection these six minutes and third three seconds come close. It's one of the tracks that has probably sparked the comparison's of the album to Brazillian composers such as @arthurverocai_ and Issam Hajali, the band's singer agrees that music from Brazil played a huge role in the recording of this album: "(...) the emphasis was there because of the Brazilian musicians that I had met here in Beirut before I left to Paris. I fell in love with Brazilian music directly before the civil war started when we had many Brazilian musicians playing in bars and cafes in Hamra and Zeitoune, which was the general area of the nightlife at the time. Beirut was booming. It was the golden era of Beirut nightlife, so musicians from all over the world came to the city. By the way, many times we got kicked out of the bar (me and Roger) because we didn’t have money to order. We were just listeners sipping on a single glass of wine for a whole night."
