After getting our fill at Horseshoe Curve on August 8, 1996 we moved to Gallitzin for our first look at the new tunnel we last saw under construction two years prior. This TV train was the first eastbound we saw. The C40-8W pair came to a stop just before the bridge; a golden opportunity to record the characteristic GE exhaust when they got underway again.
