Atari Tempest Arcade PCB Repair - Black & White output only on colour monitor - RGP

A TEMPEST PCB which was outputting in black and white only hits the repair bench, this turned out to be problems in the colour output section of the PCB. Some pointers for people new to working with PCB's. The board was bought refurbished working but upon arrival was not displaying in colour although the game was 100% playable.
