💭“DOWNSIZE!!”
What??? “WE SHOULD DOWNSIZE!”

This thought HAS been a common conversation Zach and I have had for a while… (Let’s let someone else enjoy our beautiful home in CG, someone that needs the space!!!)

Well… in Nov I put this cute home on the market. It went under contract RIGHT AWAY… the closing date kept getting pushed out and pushed out.

The weather started to get cold so I would check on the home every week to make sure all was well since my client lived out of state.

I asked Zach to go over with me (I love his company…AND I love it when he comes along to see my cute listings)

I got word that the buyer may ‘officially’ have to do a final cancel and I called my client…. (I felt terrible for both my seller and the buyer. The closing was delayed over a month and a week)

Then Zach and I said….
Maybe this is meant to be for us. Maybe this is our downsize moment.

So here it is people… The Hoverson’s would like to introduce to you…
The Hoverson Hut.

We are in the phases of change right now but PLEASE follow along our journey.
We are going from around 4500 sq ft to 1500 sq ft.
We will be getting rid of a lot of “stuff and clutter” we no longer need in our lives and getting one step closer to that freedom feeling. We have been through a lot as a family in the last 3 weeks and I’m exited for this adventure. My dad, Fred always giggled at my ideas and always loved the fact that Zach is such a good sport. I know my dad is so proud of us and he always told me that he was. I know he can see us from Heaven and will send little Fred Winks to us. Oh man what are “n*t sac” and Rubber Jaws up to now…
