Melvin Manhoef training Kickboxing and Muay Thai.
Melvin is a legend in Kickboxing and prob more well known for his mma fights. Hes faught in Dream, OneFC, K-1, Strikeforce, Rings, KSW and currently is in Bellator. 28 of his 30 wins have come via knockout, the highest percentage of any MMA fighter with at least 15 wins. He was born in Suriname the same place UFC Heavyweight Jairzinho Rozenstruik is from. Melvin fights out of Netherlands. Hes currently on a 2 fight win streak in Bellator l.

I see alot of people say hitting pads doesn't show how good someone is and to an extent they are def correct. Its hard to deny how skilled melvins dutch kickboxing is here hitting. To me though i hold pads alot and theres alot of little things you can take from it. I just wanted to show some of the training at highest level of technique striking wise.
