Pointagram Overview
Hello future Pointagramers! My name Johnny, one of the co-founders of Pointagram. I’m your guide for this Pointagram presentation.
Pointagram is a gamification tool that increases motivation and team achievements. It keeps your team focused and helps you celebrate great performance together. Our customer has had great success with boosting productivity and workplace happiness. With results like: Increase in sales, greater team culture, quicker onboardings, increase in development quality and much more…

Today we are going through the big overview. We will show our core features. Such as Competitions, Badge system, Score Series and Quest system. So, let’s jump into Pointagram and get started!

Feed: Let’s start from our feed page, it’s basically our news page where you get the latest updates on scores being made, newly competitions started, ended competitions or if any badges have been awarded and much more. This is an area for player and leaders to interact with other team member and to boost each other’s’ achievements.

Comment and like other players achievements gives the player instant feedback on a good job done. That is very important for our mind in order to keep us motivate and staying positive.

Active Comp: On the right here, you can see your active competitions. Competitions can be both individual or team based, it’s up to you to set the rules you want. Pointagram has a set off compete types and fun themes to get you started.

Active Badge: Is a side missions that you can win. With our badge system you can set up toons of rules of how you can win a badge. An example would be completing 5 task a week gives you a specific badge or 30 meetings a month.

Show Compete Page and Badge Page for a few seconds before going to Profile Page.

Profile Page: Let’s head to the Profile Page. On this page a player can see their picture, levels, won trophies from competitions and completed badges from missions. On the right players can elaborate with widgets to show metrics. How many points has been scored and even compare to target, compare to a team or other players

Players: This is the players page, here you can add players and assign them to teams. Show and example of filtering and searching.

Points: Our Points are saved in something we call score series, it saves who scored and when. In Pointagram you can have unlimited Score series, examples of score series could be Sales, Meetings, completed tasks or even Workouts. With Pointagram you can manually input data but also fetch data through our great API’s or our native integration. Let’s see how easy it is to add a point to a score series. Adding 5 points. Or I could add points to someone else if I am admin. Note in settings you can decide if only admins can add points.
If you don’t want to enter number, but rather point types, it is also possible. Looking at workouts: Gym 1p, Spinning 5p and so on.


Quest: Is our Quiz and Survey feature. Make a quick company culture quiz add a video or just a simple sales quiz, make onboarding faster. Automate your work as a leader by creating a monthly survey and ask how your team are doing. Get feedback and act on it. You can give away a badge or points for completing a quest. Also, for surveys can also be anonymous.
