Today I’m hanging up the “beginner” label, because the truth is, I haven’t been one for some time. Labels don’t matter anyways, results do.

But what do I mean by this? It doesn’t mean I stop learning—couldn’t be more of the opposite. My learning will need to be faster and more rigorous in order to progress to this new level!

So what is this new level? Quite simply to be the best, of course. There’s no reason not to set the highest bar. But also I want to be the most honest, raw, down to earth calisthenics creator out there—who understands the real challenges beginners face. Someone who helps people start a journey they’ll never regret and could change their life.

This vision will happen in stages.

And from a skills perspective, my focus right now is hard and fast on push skills and rounding out those weaknesses!

I also plan to go back to posting my planche journey, which should resume promptly once I’ve cleared the HSPU hurdle.

Looking ahead, the next 6 months will be about stepping into a new headspace— “intermediate”. Getting even more serious about skills. Preparing for potentially more competitions down the road 👀 , and maintaining an aesthetic physique… all while helping beginners via my content and in one on one relationships.
