I personally had a hard time getting to it, so I want to help you guys and save some time for you.
First, you need to get a banana from the trade sequence and go to the monkey.
There are 5 gold leafs to get after you cross the bridge.
After that you go back to Richard's Villa and give the Gold Leafs.
