This gentle flowing qigong (Chi Kung) practice cultivates the Earth element. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Earth element helps us to stay grounded and centred, and when in balance reduces overthinking, and worry. Earth is also connected to the stomach and spleen, and can aid and help digestive processes.

There are no vocals or voice over in this practice, instead you're invited to follow along and allow it to become a moving meditation. Don't worry about getting it perfect or if you get mixed up. Simply follow as best you can and enjoy a calming and relaxing practice.

This is suitable for all levels. You can easily follow the arm movements seated in a chair if that works better for you.
