Basic Self Defense Techniques: Escaping Wrist and Shoulder Grabs
1 or 2 hands grabbed on one wrist: As they pull you towards them, step towards them and slab them in the head, good targets are ears and eyes. Keep stepping forward and striking, putting pressure on them until you can run away.
1 hand grabbed on each wrist: Shin kicks are available. Take one of your hands and slap as hard as you can into the opposite wrist of the opponents as you pull that arm free at the same time. Once you break free strike your opponent with a couple hard slaps to the targets mentioned above and run away.
Shoulder Grab: Turn towards the grabbed shoulder to face your opponent rapidly. As you do this, hit them with a couple hard slaps and knees then run away. If you forget to turn the right direction don't worry you can still turn the opposite direction and do the same thing.
