Dawson's Hot Sauce is a family owned and operated saucery out of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Since 2013, founder Brodie Dawson has been crafting award winning sauces with the family name behind him. Cedar Smoked Garlic is their most complex sauce, combining smoked garlic, habanero, and a specially crafted white wine vinegar. It's a rich, medium heat sauce with a delightful woodsy finish.
