Shiritori is a Japanese word game in which the players are required to say a word that begins with the final kana of the previous word. However, if a word ends with 'n' (ん) that player loses.

Translation notes:
2:42 (Sakura Ayane) - I assume Ayaneru is referring to a mascot. taso (タソ) is a deliberate misspelling of the tan (タン) honorifics (because 'so' and 'n' look similar) and tan is derived from chan. An example of this would be Uchida Maaya's Twitter username which is 'maaya_taso'.

4:03 - 4:08 (Sakura Ayane): I'm not entirely sure what the 'one step' and 'zero step' means.
