DIY Deodorant for Sensitive Skin // NO BAKING SODA

Описание к видео DIY Deodorant for Sensitive Skin // NO BAKING SODA

If you have sensitive skin most of the diy deodorant recipes out there won't work for you. The baking soda will irritate your skin and you will break out in a rash; you won't really know if it'll cause a reaction, until you try it. I found this out the hard way when I made my first batch of deodorant. It worked great for a little while, but then I developed a rash (not what you want or need). So I dug around more and found better ways to make deodorant, they have more ingredients than the baking soda ones, but no baking soda in them to cause a rash or worse on your skin. Whoop!

PLEASE READ: I got all the ingredients for this recipe from "Mountain Rose Herbs" or "Pronounce" (not sponsored), except the arrowroot powder which I found at Whole Foods. I would recommend food grade diatomaceous earth for this recipe and that you research essential oils to make sure that they're safe for your skin. For instance, that they won't cause photo-sensitivity, irritation, etc. ALWAYS DO THIS BEFORE USING ANY ESSENTIAL OIL! It's far too common for people to use these oils without checking about their safety first. Natural doesn't mean safe in all occasions. I chose grapefruit and lemongrass because both have anti-bacterial properties, which helps prevent a BO smell.

10g almond oil
