Parts of the selection mechanism on electronic Brothers are very much like those on punchcard machines and can also get physically dirty and need cleaning. Here's a quick look at the cam rod on a 930 getting cleaned up. Beneath it but less visible in the video are selector rods that can also be dirty. We show you how to access the cam rod but not how to get into the case in this movie. We have other videos showing that and it will be needed to do a deeper cleaning than we did here.
