Building the Palatal Shell with Microhybrid Clear Occlusal
Start by using a silicone matrix to mark the outline of two lateral incisor teeth with a #12 blade. Remove the matrix from the mouth and apply a thin layer of Microhybrid Clear Occlusal into the impressions. This forms the base for the palatal shells of the restorations.

Lateral Incisor Bonding
Reinsert the matrix and light cure the Microhybrid. Carefully remove the matrix, leaving the bonded shells on each incisor. Refine the edges with a Blue, Medium FlexiDisc Mini-centered for a clean appearance and easier layering.

Building Up the Interproximal and Dentin Layer
First Tooth: Begin by building the interproximal with A2 Microhybrid. Use a Full Contact Large Matrix Band and an appropriate instrument to spread and smooth the Microhybrid. Light cure each layer.

Second Tooth: Follow the same steps to build the interproximal, then move on to the dentin layer. Add more A2 Microhybrid, sculpt, and smooth it out. Define the mamelons with a #12 blade, and light cure.

Adding Creative Effects
Honey Yellow Tint: Apply this tint to the top third of the tooth to add warmth.
White Halo: Create a white halo with Creative Color White Opaque on the incisal edge.
Violet Tint: Boost the translucency with Creative Color Violet Tint just above the incisal edge.
Final Layer and Polishing

Light Incisal Microfill: Apply this layer for the best polish. Spread it evenly and light cure.
Second Tooth Variation: Sculpt A2 Microhybrid, define mamelons, and add A3 Opaquer for an amber halo effect. Finish with Light Incisal Microfill.
Finishing Touches

Mark Anatomy: Use a #2 pencil to mark primary and line angles.
Refine and Polish: Sculpt with a fine diamond bur, refine with FlexiDisc Mini-centered, and smooth with FlexiPoints and FlexiCups. Add detailed anatomy with a needle bur and FlexiBuff for the final polish.

The result is a beautifully restored set of peg lateral incisors with distinct and aesthetic halos.
