In this Vlog-38, we explore the changes and development in and around one of the first planned residential habitation of Old Lucknow- Mahanagar!
This is one of the oldest residential areas of old Lucknow, where we stayed for an initial four days, as most of my meetings and yes the Laptop collection were due around the Mahanagar area! It's known for its friendly atmosphere, modern amenities, and good connectivity to other parts of the city. Mahanagar is well-connected to other neighborhoods and tourist attractions. It's also close to the Charbagh railway station and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. The IT college Metro station is the closest in its vicinity and has shopping centers, housing, educational institutions, public transit, mosques, temples, supermarkets, local eateries, and medical facilities.

In this vlog, we explore the Sector-A from Railway Crossing to the famous ChanniLaal Chouraha after enjoying local Lucknawi Kullhad Chai post our morning walk and also seek some insight about the recent changes from some Local Residents.

Lucknow is the capital city of Uttar Pradesh and it has always been a multicultural city. Courtly manners (Tehzeeb), beautiful gardens, poetry, music, arts and fine cuisine patronized by the Persian-loving Shia Nawabs of the Awadh province celebrated the city are well-known amongst Indians and students of South Asian culture and history. The series aims to include the right blend of old/heritage sites evolving into a well-equipped and futuristically planned city of India, with a great balance of greenery and infrastructure!
