By my own embracing light (toss off Mammon) I have done it! This has like Act 2 and Act 3 but with Act 1 involved, also just longer - a lot longer. 17 minutes for a single sitting can grind against you when you have to do it again and again.

The run that I've submitted was, once again, blessed with good RNG concerning the boss's sequence of attacks and though I made a couple of mistakes (lost a combo, did poorly against the Apotheosister, Anna got KO'd against the engineer in the Samulacrum fight) I pulled through.

I did execute some tactics that may have slimmed the time down a bit:

Against Emily I ensured after the first attack to deliver only one heavy attack from Anna and Sophie rather than squeeze an extra light attack in as this will usually prompt Emily to deliver her Devil Dance, so instead she goes for a second attack. If you optimize your attacks after that point, you should be able to defeat her before her 3rd action (which will the Devil Dance), yielding a sub 32 second time at that point.

Particularly, in the SAM guards fight I do not immediately use the special attack once it is available, instead building up my combo as close to the 40-hit mark (where you acquire the 2nd and final combo damage bonus) and then using it. This could otherwise be achieved by dealing heavy attacks out of sync so the special isn't used - this would result in greater damage and the same combo being achieved but my thumbs are not that independent of each other yet.

Other times I immediately use the special attack, especially during the Samulacrum fight against the engineer and against Donovan's platinum security system. For the former, I think this ought to be avoided, you just get far better value by using it against the Samulacrum (probably use the aforementioned out of sync heavy attacks to get it done). In the case of the Platinum security system, I think it is worth it - in the following Donovan "Avatar of Greed" fight, using the special attack will usually result in Donovan's next action being the "WARNING" attack, where it is hectic. If you don't and Donovan merely throws his regular attacks out, you can (as I did) get the special meter up again before the "WARNING" attack happens, avoiding it entirely. Or at least mostly.

I am not sure if I'll come back round to refine this run because it was just a lot of work to get it done.
