it is my podcast ,
my Instagram or tiktok, it’s really all of me.

It’s me here, expressing whatever is coming up now.
From the heart space 🩵

It comes through varying formats and expresses itself in unique & non linear paths… and that’s okay :)

It isn’t my job to categorise , to analyse, to rationalise and to THINK my way into authentic expression.

My only real “job” is to continually get out of my own way.

Authenticity is the energy behind my very expression.

It’s me being me.

The words paint the picture and the blank canvas behind those words, is the authenticity that always is.

The words are the gift wrapping and what’s left inside is the presence 🎁.

I do have an intention with expression & I am conscious of sharing my truth when it involves “others”,
that perhaps they may not wish to participate with such an open expression to the world.
I’ve learnt that through trial and error 😝

And all I continually endeavour to do is to be me,

and to remind you of the beauty that is within you; that’s always been within you & that is waiting for you to remember that too.

You are everything you’ve been looking for,
and this is another permission slip for you to be exactly as you are,
exactly as you wanna be
and exactly as you choose!
