2 Big Tomatoes

1 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1/2 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tsp Fennel seeds
1/2 Tsp Black pepper corns

1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder

1 Tsp Chilli Flakes

½ Tsp Ginger Powder

2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

2 Glass Water

2 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder

2 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1 Tsp Cumin Powder

1 Cup Fried Onions

Fresh Coriander

Mint Leaves
