Watch Session 4 of AKEDA's Eating Disorder Project ECHO Series with Katie Bell, LPC, LMHC. This session will focus on "Body Image and Eating Disorders: Why it can be tricky to change and how to do it anyway."

Each live session includes a presentation by a subject matter expert and discussions of cases with other Alaska providers to discuss areas of special considerations in eating disorder treatment. The video recording only includes the presentation by the subject matter expert.

About Our Subject Matter Expert:
Katie Bell, LPC, LMHC is the owner and founder of Making Space: A Therapeutic Community and Art Therapy AK LLC. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor, Registered Art Therapist, Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Specialist, and Level 3 TBT-S Eating Disorder Provider. She works with ages 12-adulthood and specializes in treating anxiety disorders, ADHD, and eating disorders. In addition to individual therapy, she offers workshops, groups, and community events to educate others and expand access to the healing power of the arts and psychotherapy.
