I Made A Game Within 48 HOURS | Ludum Dare 46

Описание к видео I Made A Game Within 48 HOURS | Ludum Dare 46

This year I participated in the Ludum Dare game jam over the weekend!

Here is a devlog that tracks how I made a game in 48 hours given the theme "Keep it Alive". With 2 days to make a game and all of the assets, you really need to prioritize and scope effectively.

I chose to make a 2D top down twin stick shooter in Unity where you win by drinking too much. The goal is to "keep your buzz alive" which is potentially inspired by true events.

Cutting features is not only common, it's expected, and when the time decide a features fate comes, you want to be comfortable with how the game will plays without it.
