Sometimes we think that probably the best time will come in future,and we forget to enjoy the present moment, and that present moment also goes away and become a memory, and after that we look back again to that memory, and cherish that moment 'how beautiful it was' , I wish I had enjoyed more on that moment..that 'i wish' will never come again, so enjoy the present moment as much as you can, be in present and your future will definitely be good...enjoy, dance, music,go for a walk,do yoga ,do art, do what pleases you, just cherish the moment,take care of your mental health and your mental health will take care of you..
