A Day in the Life of Luis Robert (2023)

"I think this year I have been preparing myself better than ever." Get an inside look into how White Sox outfielder Luis Robert spends a day in the offseason with his family at his home in Miami, Florida.

According to Luis Robert's mother, Miguelina, he was a very small child, but even as a kid, he had a lot of power, hitting grand slams at just 11 years old. To her, he is doing what he was born to do - play baseball.

Luis Robert is putting in more work on-field than he has in recent years and holding a similar routine to one in Spring Training. Each day after breakfast, Luis Robert, sometimes accompanied by White Sox No. 2 prospect Oscar Colás, does physical training then will head to the batting cage for technical training.

Above all, family is everything to Luis Robert. The tranquility it brings him to know his family is together, healthy and happy is invaluable. He always had aspirations to provide his family and buy a nice house for his mom. All the work he does and all the results are for his family to help better their lives.
