Ingredients:

Plain Flour 1 Cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup
Oil 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Cocoa Powder 3 tbsp
White/Black Chocolate Chips 1/4 Cup
Powder Sugar 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Egg 1

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and add Milk, Brown Sugar, Powder Sugar, Cocoa Powder and mix it and cook it on medium to low flame until it's melted and then rest it until it's become into room temperature.

Step 2: After that take a bowl and put this batter and then add oil and 1 egg, Vanilla Essence and beat it well and then add Plain Flour, Baking Powder and beat it for 1 minute. Now your Cake batter is ready.

Step 3: Now take silicone cupcake mold and put this batter and sprinkles White/Black Chocolate Chips and bake it.

Oven: Preheat for 25 minutes on 180c and bake it for 10 minutes on 180c
Patila/Cooker: Preheat for 10 minutes on medium flame and bake for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.
Microwave: Use High Power and bake for 2 minutes.
