Quick Casserole Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet rapid rise yeast
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer, or you can use a hand mixer with the dough hook attachments. Regular hand mixer attachments work too, you will just have to knead the dough a little by hand to get the round shape. 😁👍
Attach dough hook.
Mix for 1 minute on low.
Add the milk and oil, mix for 5 minutes on low.
Spray a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
Shape dough to get the top smooth and place in prepared casserole dish.
Cover with a clean dry towel and let rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350.
When dough has risen bake for 25-30 minutes, until bread is cooked through.

Paula Deen's Amazing Chicken Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
4 cups pasta, cooked and drained (approximately 2 cups uncooked); penne, cavatappi, or rigatoni works well
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
3 cups cheese, grated (cheddar, Colby jack, Swiss, or a combination), with 1/2 cup reserved for sprinkling on top
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Fry the onion and garlic in butter. Add flour, stir, cook for no more than 1 minute.
Add milk and sour cream, whisk and cook until thick. Then add the cheese and stir again.
Add chicken, pasta, salt, red pepper flakes. Toss and place in a sprayed 9X13 dish. Bake in preheated to 350 F oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese starts bubbling.
