Late Night Taiwanese Cold Noodles w/ Peanut, Sesame Sauce

Taiwanese Style cold noodles with peanut and sesame sauce. Vegan friendly.


Ingredients:
spaghetti or chinese alkaline noodles
english cucumber
carrots

For the sauce:
1 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp black vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame paste
1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
With the sauce you can go all peanut butter or all sesame paste, doesn't matter.
