Recipy-
cumin rice..
In pan heat water, in this water add two bay leaves cinnamon masala, 4-5 cloves, 4-5 black pepper, 1½ teaspoon salt, 4 broken cinamom and boil the water . Now add 1 cup long rice , 1 spoon ghee in water and cook the rice 90% for 5-7 minutes. Drain the water from the rice. Heat 2 spoons of oil . Add 1 spoon ofcumin, cooked rice in hot oil and stir together. Cook for 2 -3 minutes.Add coriander on top.
Jeera rice is ready.

Veg Kolhapuri....
In a pan add two spoons of oil cinnamon masala vinay 4-5 black pepper 4-5 cloves, 1 spoon coriander and saute the spices. After the spices are fried , take 2 spoons of sesame seeds in the pan and roast it. Now add 2 kashmiri red chili, ¼ grated coconut and roast it nicely. Now add ½ cup cashew nut to the pan and roast it. Cool this masala and after cooling grind this masala by using small amount of water.Heat 2 glasses of water in a pan, add flower, beans, carrots, peas and salt in the hot water and stir these vegetables together . Cook this vegetables 50 %. Add 1 spoonful oil in a pan and lightly fry the paneer cubes Put the roasted paneer in warm water. Put the cooked vegetables in the pan and fry the vegetables for 2 min. Take the vegetables aside . Heat oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, add ½ teaspoon of Shahajeera, 2 finely chopped onions to the oil and fry the onions. Now add 2 spoons of ginger garlic coriander paste to this onion and saute till the rawness of ginger garlic goes away. Put three tomato puree in the pan and cook it. Add the grinded cashew masala in this gravy and saute it. Now add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 tsp of kitchen king masala in the pan and fry the masala. Add some hot water to this gravy and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. In the cooked gravy, add ¼cup of grated paneer, vegetables, paneer cubes , salt as per taste and water as needed. Cover and cook the masala( gravy) on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Veg Kolhapuri ready

Palak Paneer...
Heat 2 glasses of water in a pan, add the spinach in hot water and cover it with plate and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the spinach and put it in cold water.Take the spinach aside and add three green chillies and coriander to the spinach and make a fine paste. Now grind 2 tomatoes, 3-4 cashews, ginger and garlic together and make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer in the oil, remove the paneer and put it in warm water . Put ½ spoon of oil, 2 bay leaves, 1 big finely chopped onion in a pan and fry the onion. Add tomato paste to the fried onions and cook the paste . Add 1 spoon of coriander powder, homemade red chutney to the pan and fry it. Now add the spinach paste to the masala and stir it. Add some warm water to the paste and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.Now add a cube of paneer, salt as per taste, 1 spoon garam masala in the gravy and stir it together and cover it for 2-3 min.Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a tadka pan and add 10/12 finely chopped cloves of garlic to the hot oil and 1 kashmiri red chilli. Now add this tadka to palak paneer curry and give a nice stir.
Palak paneer is ready

Garlic naan...
In platter add 2 cups of flour, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 pinch of baking soda, 1 spoon of baking powder and salt asbper taste and miz it well. Now add 2 spoons of curd to this flour and knead the dough using 1/2 a cup of milk. Pour a 1 spoon oil on the dough and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes. Cover the dough with a wet cloth and let it soak for 4 hours. Take a small part of dough and roll the naan like a chapati. Add crushed garlic on the rolled naan and press it once. Roast the naan on both sides as shown in the video. Apply butter on the naan and garnish it with coriander.
