Dean Horler at Lucas Miles is building some wonderfully faithful replicas of the much coveted and extremely scarce Fender Bandmaster amps circa 1957. Dean is using 3 x Jenssen P10R speakers; Handwired PTP wiring; Mercury Magnetics Output Transformer; Carbon Comp resistors througout; Sprague Atom Filter caps; Synergy Royal Blue coupling/tone caps; Radiata 19mm Pine cabinet with finger joints and authentic woven tweed cloth, shellac'd and relic'd. And it sounds amazing at a neighbour friendly volume (~30W). I need one.
