If you're having trouble accessing a specific location, where one of the faded journal pages for Caretaker's journal is found, there are two common reasons that you'll run into "roadblocks" in Midnight Suns. The first is that you aren't far enough in the story missions. This just means that you'll need to progress the story more by doing more of the missions marked as "Story" on the mirror table. The second is that you could be missing one of the 4 words of power. Accessing the words of power is also tied to early "Story" mission progression as well as your character level.
