Barge slams into Texas bridge, triggers partial collapse and oil spill

A fuel barge crashed into a bridge in Galveston, Texas, after coming loose from its tow. The vessel carries up to 30,000 gallons of oil, but it’s unclear how much spilled into the water. NBC’s Priscilla Thompson reports for TODAY.
