I couldn't find a video on how to replace a fuel filter in a 2000/2001 Nissan Maxima, so I decide to create one. They are different than the pre-2000 and 2002-2003 models. I only focused on the disassembly. There are instructions on how to remove the fuel pump assembly here: http://www.shiftice.com/fuel_filter.html. However, that is for a 2002-2003 model, so the disassembly is quite different. Make sure you keep track of what goes where, take your time & be careful, and have someone help you. I messed up my fuel gauge :/

Also, be certain that you have the correct parts. The fuel filter is 164002Y922. The o-ring is 17342-01A00.
