Our Story
CEO Bob Wilson started with an idea, that became incorporated in 2016, and finally broke ground in 2018. After two years of research, market analysis, and businesses feedback, FHS was able to launch, with a solution to a common business need.

Bob and his team discovered that while companies were used to sending their agents, sales personnel, and executives all over the country for work, their employees did not necessarily enjoy the experience, yes they had to work, but often wanted much more in these small business excursions.

FreeStand Home Solutions is a corporate housing and management company based in Naperville, Illinois. With a focus on business clientele, FHS seeks to change the way short-term furnished rentals and corporate housing is currently made available.

Our housing service and management system allows business clientele to enjoy above average ambience, quality, and amenities in single-family homes. The company takes pride in going against the grain, choosing not to settle for industry standards and average locales. The term “FreeStand” signifies that our vision will be driven by independence. Our operations will chase perfection, and hold our team to a standard unseen in this industry!

As of October 2022, we have 48 properties available for corporate travel, and will be adding an additional 5 locations in Q1 2023! In 2023 we begin our expansion into the most Northern areas of Chicago.
