Born, Chisenga G. Katongo in Lusaka, Zambia, he was the first artist to release a Hip-Hop album in that country, January 2005.

On the full moon of June, 2015, he released a new LP 'The Quiet Don' and is constantly performing in Perth, he is looking to get onto major stages.

Young Perth video director, Kai Higham received an advance copy of Crisis Mr. Swagger's latest LP, 'The Quiet Don Vol.1.' Upon listening, he was given free will to pick a song to shoot a video for. His pick happened to be the official album opening track, the Notorious B.I.G sample assisted, 'Rough Scandalous' produced by US production crew, The Presidentz.
