This song was first spread all over the world by the famous singing group, Beatles. The song was written accoerding to WiKi by Paul MacCartney, who must had been a Catholic for the lyrics refers to Mother Mary. In1987, in an effort to help the 193 victims of ferry boat accident, a singing group was formed with British and America artist to record this song. Proceeds from the sale of the recorded album were donated to the charities aiding the victim and suffering families.
Wanting to differentiate the concept of the term "let it be" and that of the Christian prayer, "Thy will bwe done', I spent some time to translate the lyrics sung by our singers here, Ferry Aid and inserted English lyrics and my Korean tranlation on to the video that was originally posted here on Youtube.com by Moviesound
