In this video, I show you how you can easily remove all labels from glass bottles and jars.

This is the only method you need and will save you valuable time trying to try 1,000+ other ways. I've tried them all and this is the only one I've found that works every time.

What You'll Need:

1.Hot water to soak your bottles/jars
2. Dish Soap
3. Heat-poof container. Large enough to submerge the entire bottle/jar.
4. Card or something to scrap with (Tip: Use one you don't care about.)

Sticky-Stuff Remover Paste:

1. 3 tbsp Baking Soda
2. 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3. Card or something to scrap with (Tip: Use one you don't care about.)
Mix to form a paste.

Directions:

1. Simply heat up some water. Place your bottle/jar in your heat-proof container.
2. Fill the inside of your bottle/jar with hot water. For some bottles, this is enough to do the trick and your label will come right off after 15 minutes. If your label is stubborn, go ahead and fill your heat-proof container with hot water as well. Make sure your label is completely submerged in the water.
3. I wait until my water has cooled down enough to touch before attempting to remove my labels. Once the water is cool, remove the label.


Ripped Label?

If your label rips, don't worry. Remove as much of it as you can and place it back into the hot water. Let it soak in the hot water for another 15 minutes or so. Grab your card/scrapper and scrape the remaining bits of your label off.

Stick Stuff?

Your label is now off but your still have this annoying sticky stuff left on the bottle. Take your "Sticky-Stuff Paste" (see above for recipe) and apply a thick layer over the affected area. Let sit for 15 minutes. Return with your card/scrapper and scrape away. Once the entire bottle has been scrapped, rinse, and dry your bottle.
