Adama, an optimistic go-getter, sees this training as a breakthrough into the digital space, and Bright, a startup founder and graduate of the University of Health and Allied Sciences, benefited greatly from soft sessions such as "having a growth mindset."

The Pre-MEST digital marketing program is a Mastercard-funded program in partnership with MEST Africa.
