Pleasant Valley PVE Server in my opinion, so far is the best Rust Server for Beginners.
It offers safety from being hunted by other players and replaces them with environmental challenges, like ZOMBIES. It also adds pre-built homes that can be claimed by simply adding a TC in them. There are other events like conveys, sputnik crash sites, air and water events.
