Idea of this series came from scripting. Recently I started scripting more consistently, which is basically just writing affirmations of what you want to improve as if it happened. It started working great, but in my case I began to feel resistance in 1-2 weeks of doing that (maybe I did it in a too intense manner, but otherwise I just forget about it). This resistance was in headaches, anxiety and stress, so it can also be signs of being tired, as changes were real and results were real, so I guess I spent more energy on that. Because of negative effects, when it's done directly, I chose to move topics that I scripted about to subliminals (greatest thing about subliminals is that it works beyond resistance), so it's less stressful, less forced and suits natural (rather lazy) lifestyle, as well as it's all about the smooth changes, and that makes more sense to me.
The series is called "small subliminals", because topics are not dramatically life changing, they are more of a support and a better use of what you already have. Some are more on a life changing side, still it's not in depth, compared to what I usuall go for, and it should be taken as an addition to any inner work on the topic, that you already do (reading books on the topic, listening podcasts, making vision boards, taking action, planning...), but I think it's a nice addition.
