On this video Jeff discusses the latest project to roll out of the IH Parts America shop. This 1979 Scout II with a load of vintage Tuff Terrain products was brought in for a mechanical restoration. This Scout was originally part of a magazine build and then put back on the lot to be sold. The current owners uncle purchased it after coming home from Vietnam.
