The Pigeon Tunnel is a new documentary film that explores the life and work of John le Carré, one of the most influential spy novelists of all time. The film is directed by Errol Morris, the Oscar-winning filmmaker behind The Fog of War, The Thin Blue Line, and Wormwood. The film is based on le Carré’s own memoir of the same name, which he published in 2016, and it features his last and most candid interview, recorded by Morris in 2019, just a year before le Carré passed away.
