2-4-2 Formation Tactics for Youth Soccer Coaches and Players. In this video we discuss tactics for U11 and U12 age groups and also for indoor/outdoor leagues that play 9v9.

This is different to what I usually do but I believe it is also important to focus attention on the development of the younger age groups. Learning these tactics is what helps players better understand the 11 a side game.
