Kunafa chocolate Strawberry cups || Viral dubai chocolate strawberry cups || Dessert Recipe - RKC

Ingredients
Kataifi half of the packet
Pistachio paste 200g
Tahini 2 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp

Chocolate Ganache
Heavy cream 1/2 cup
200g milk chocolate

Strawberries 20, cut into eights
Chopped pistachios for garnish

Preparation
Chop Kataifi first and toast with butter in a saucepan until crispy and golden. Let it cool for sometime then add pistachio paste chopped pistachios and tahini. Mix it well until everything combined together.


Heat the heavy cream in a sauce pan over low heat until it’s just about to simmer. Add milk chocolate to it and stir it until smooth and glossy.

Chocolate ganache - Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles appears on the edge of the saucepan. Turn off the heat. Add chocolate chips and let it sit for 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and stir until smooth and glossy. Let it cool for sometime. Choose high-quality chocolate. That will give a richer and deeper taste to the dish

Now we can assemble the cups
First Drizzle some chocolate ganache and pistachios paste. Spoon little Kataifi mixture into the bottom of the cup.

Add a layer of diced strawberries. Top with chocolate ganache and Kataifi.

Add another layer of diced strawberries and top with ganache and kataifi over.

Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top and place a strawberry slice on top of each cup and enjoy!
