Don't hesitate to reach out to your university—they usually offer support and guidance. Whether you're applying for a Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) or a Student Visa (Subclass 500) through an agent, make sure to do your own research and consult multiple agencies before making a decision.

A friend of mine had her graduate visa application rejected because of an agent's mistake, and unfortunately, she was unaware of it. While this may be uncommon, it's always important to be cautious.
