Tanmay Chopra, an international exchange student from India, "gets political" during Civic Education Week in Washington, DC, bringing together young international leaders of the Youth Exchange and Study scholarship program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Tanmay, who is blind, also had an opportunity to present to his peers about his experiences using disability-related accommodations to fully access his time in the U.S.
