Ingredients

For the dough:
400g Flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 x 7g sachet of easy yeast
2 tbsp olive oil

For the pizza toppings:
1/3 jar supermarket bolognaise sauce
1 pack of mozzarella
few slices of pepperoni
1/4 thinly sliced red onion
Black pepper
few basil leaves
